Rob Alewine discovered a love for the guitar at the age of six when his aunt taught him his first three chords. Coming from a family of musicians, Rob says that music is in his blood. His natural musical abilities allowed him the opportunity at an early age to play with many of the areas great guitar pickers from whom he gained a wealth of knowledge.
In the early 1980's, Rob began to couple natural talent with a more formal music education. He studied music theory & sight-reading with Roger Fullbright and Kevin Pure.
Over the last twenty-two years, Rob has been teaching and refining his own guitar method. It is an exciting and relaxed method he calls, "Rob's Formula of Music: The Secret the Pros Know."
Rob has taught many people to play guitar and he would love nothing more than to share his love and knowledge of music with you as well.
